Abstract

Informacijsko – komunikacijska tehnologija je temelj razvoja današnjeg gospodarstva iz razloga što mijenja razvoj društva na razini pojedinca i tvrtki. Razvoj informacijsko – komunikacijske tehnologije otvara pitanja postojećih zakona i regulativa na razini cijele Europske unije, ali i na razini pojedine države članice u svrhu novih inovacija. Abstract (english)

Information and communications technology is the basis of today's economy because it changes the development of the society at the level of individuals and enterprises. The development of information and communication technology raises questions of existing laws and regulations for the entire European Union, but also at the level of individual Member State for in order to encourage new innovations. Digital single market will enable better access to Internet services to consumers and... More enterprises, regardless of location. It will also affect the development of the existing infrastructure changes and amendments to existing laws and regulations and the growth of the digital economy in order to develop science and technology. Withal, it is given an overview of the current situation in the Republic of Croatia in comparison with the European Union and also explained the emphasis on the need of updating changes in accordance with European laws.
