Abstract

Zračni promet bilježi sve veće godišnje stope rasta broja putnika, linija i zrakoplova zbog čega dolazi do zagušenja na zračnim putevima i zračnim lukama te postoji veća mogućnost za izvanrednim događajima poput zrakoplovne nesreće. Iako je zračni promet jedna od najsigurnijih vrsta prometa, događaju se neželjeni događaji koji utječu na sigurnost. Nakon neželjenog događaja nadležno istražno tijelo pokreće istragu u koju su uključeni svi sudionici vezani za taj događaj. Bitne stavke kod istrage su organizacija i planiranje, procedure i provjere, zatim slijedi istraživanje, a zadnje je izrada završnog izvještaja. Glavni čimbenici koji uzrokuju zrakoplovnu nesreću su čovjek, zrakoplov i okolina. Cilj istrage zrakoplovne nesreće nije dodjeljivanje krivnje ili odgovornosti već provođenje potrebnih akcija za sprječavanje ponavljanja tih grešaka u budućnosti i također poboljšanje sigurnosti s preporukama.

Abstract (english)

Air traffic is recording growth of annually rate of the number of passengers, routes and aircraft, which is causing congestion on airways and airports, and there is a greater possibility for incidents such as aircraft accident. Although air traffic is one of the safest types of traffic, unwanted occurrence affecting security are occurring. After an unwanted occurrence, the accident investigation authority initiates an investigation involving all the participants involved in the event. Important items in the investigation are organization and planning, procedures and checklists, then follows the investigation, and final step is drafting of the final report. The main factors causing aircraft accidents are man, aircraft, and environment. The objective of an aircraft accident investigation is not to apport blame or liability but to take the appropriate safety actions to prevent repetition of these errors in the future and to improve safety with recommendations.
