Abstract

Transportni lanac je skup raznih operacija pomoću kojih se roba nalazi u neprekidnom toku od dobavljača sirovina pa sve do samog potrošača gotovih proizvoda, uključujući razne potrebne usluge koje ujedno podižu vrijednost proizvoda. Struktura lanca najviše ovisi o karakteristikama samog proizvoda kojeg zahtijeva potrošač, a nudi proizvođač. Među zahtjevima potrošača koji se odnose na njihov način života, nalaze se i zahtjevi nametnuti religijom. Takve posebne zahtjeve kod islamske religije se nalažu kroz Šerijat zakon, koji propisuje što je islamskim vjernicima dozvoljeno, pa se te dozvoljene stvari, usluge ili ponašanja nazivaju halalom. Kada se Halal standard primjenjuje u logistici, svi članovi lanca halal proizvoda moraju se pridržavati zakona propisanog vjerom, što iziskuje potrebu za halal certifikatom, posebnim higijenskim i sanitarnim pothvatima, a čije postupke kontroliraju za to obučena tijela, poput agencija i organizacija koja su također prihvaćena od strane islama.

Abstract (english)

The transport chain is a set of various operations by which goods are constantly flowing from the supplier of raw materials to the consumer of the final products, including various necessary services that also raise the value of the product. The transport chain structure highly depends on the characteristics of the products that are demanded by consumer and offered by manufacturer. Consumers demands, regarding their lifestyle, includes also requirements imposed by religion. Such special requirements with the Islamic religion are imposed through the Sharia law, which stipulates what is allowed to the Muslims, followers of Islam, so these permitted products, services or behaviors are called halal. When the Halal standard is applied in logistics, all members of the halal product chain must comply with the law prescribed by Islam, which requires the need for a halal certificate, special hygiene and sanitation ventures, and whose procedures are controlled by trained bodies, such as agencies and organizations that are also accepted by Islam.
