Abstract

U radu su objašnjene glavne karakteristike i tehnološke značajke žičarske tehnologije te su istraţene mogućnosti razvoja žičara na prostoru Republike Hrvatske te njihovu isplativost i ekološku prihvatljivost. U radu je prvo opisana podjela žičara i njihova povijest te su iza toga opisane i tehnološke značajke žičarske tehnologije pri čemu je opisan razvoj i postojeće stanje žičara u Republici Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Posebno je skrenuta pozornost na razvoj žičara u urbanim sredinama.

Abstract (english)

The thesis clarifies the main characteristics and technological features of ropeway technology and explores the possibility of cableway development in the Republic of Croatia and their cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness. The paper first describes the division of ropeways and their history, and subsequently describes the technological features of cableway technology, describing the development and current state of cableways in the Republic of Croatia and worldwide. Attention was drawn to the development of cableways in urban areas.
