Abstract

U ovome radu, preko teorije diska, opisano je strujanje zraka oko nosivog rotora helikoptera u vertikalnim režimima te u napredujućem letu. Također je pojašnjen način upravljanja nosivim rotorom helikoptera, kao i različite konstrukcijske izvedbe nosivog rotora. Ukratko je opisan helikopter Mi-8 MTV te je napravljen proračun parametara njegovog nosivog rotora. Opisuju se aditivne tehnologije i njihova primjena, kako bi se na kraju slikovno prikazao proces sastavljanja modela zglobnog rotora helikoptera koji je izrađen istim tim tehnologijama.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes airflow around helicopter main rotor in vertical and horizontal flight, using 'Momentum theory'. Furthermore, it desribes the control system of main rotor and some of the construction solutions for main rotors. There is a short description of Mi-8 MTV helicopter with parameter calculations for its main rotor. Additive technologies and their application are described in light of fabricating a fully articulated rotor model. Finaly, the assembly process of fully articulated rotor model is depicted.
