Abstract

Zadatak špeditera je dopremanje robe do krajnje destinacije u ispravnom stanju i u određenom vremenskom roku, a kako bi se zaštitili od gubitka ili oštećenja robe tijekom transporta, nalogodavatelji često traže upravo uslugu transportnog osiguranja robe. Poslove u svezi s transportnim osiguranjem robe u pravilu prepuštaju špediteru budući da se špediter primarno bavi organizacijom prijevoza pa su mu dobro poznati rizici kojima je roba tijekom prijevoza izložena, kao i sama tehnika sklapanja ugovora o osiguranju i postupka likvidacije štete. U radu je analizirana problematika transportnog osiguranja robe i prikazan praktični primjer poslova špeditera u svezi transportnog osiguranja robe.

Abstract (english)

The task of the freight forwarder is delivering the goods to the final destination at the right time and in the proper condition. To protect themselves from loss or damage of goods during transport, customers often require cargo insurance. Actions related to cargo insurance are generally left fo forwarder since the forwarder is primarily dealing with the organization of transport and so the risks to which the goods are exposed are well known to him, as well as the technique of concluding insurance contrancts and the process of liquidation of the damage. This work analyzes the issues of cargo insurance and shows a practical example of freight forwarder's task related to cargo insurance.
