Abstract

Tarifa je pregled cijena za pruženu uslugu nastala sredinom 19. stoljeća pojavom željeznice i željezničkog tarifnog sustava. Kasnije se počinju koristiti na drugim prometnim granama. Za promet, odnosno prijevoz važne su prijevozne tarife privatnopravnog značaja. One se dijele na: cestovne, pomorske, riječne, zračne i željezničke. Ove tarife temelje se na četiri tarifna načela kojih bi se trebali držati, a to su: tarifna načela javnosti, jednakosti, jasnoće i trajnosti. Osim toga, sve prijevozne tarife sastoje se od općih odredbi u kojima su zapisane zakonske regulative pojedinih prometnih grana. Uz to vrlo bitni su daljinari kako bi se vidjela udaljenost između pojedinih terminala. Kada se očita udaljenost potrebne su tarifne tablice iz kojih se izračuna cijena prijevoza po kilometraži. Za svaki prijevoz treba napraviti klasifikaciju robe i razvrstati je po određenim prirodnim i fizikalno-kemijskim svojstvima da ne bi došlo do opasnosti. Treba napomenuti da postoje lokalne i međunarodne tarife te da je cijena različita i prevoznina se računa na drugačije načine.

Abstract (english)

The tariff is an overview of prices for the provided service, originated in the middle of the 19th century by the appearance of the railway and the railway tariff system. They are later used in other traffic branches as well. The transport tariffs of private law significance are important for traffic and transportation. The transport tariffs are divided into road, water, river, air and railway tariffs. They are based on four tariff principles wherewith they should be maintained. The principles are tariff principle of publicity, equality, clarity and durability. Furthermore, all transport tariffs consist of general provisions in which legal regulations for all traffic branches are inscribed. Also, the distance table is very important in order to show the distances between each terminal. When the distance is read off, the cost of transport by kilometer is calculated by tariff tables. The classification of goods should be made for each transport as well as sorting based on specific natural and physicochemical properties. To mitigate any danger, it should be noted that there are local and international tariffs whose price and fare differentiates and is calculated in another method.
