Abstract

Odlučivanje predstavlja najvažniju kariku u funkcioniranju poduzeća. Kvalitetan donositelj odluke od krucijalnog je značaja za profitabilnost i dugoročni razvoj. Svrha ovog rada je istražiti sustave modela odlučivanja u logističkim tvrtkama, s naglaskom na prikazivanje prednosti i nedostataka donošenja odluka u tvrtkama. Svrha modeliranja je da se zadani problem preformulira polazeći od nekih njegovih bitnih značajki sa ciljem da ga se lakše riješi na način da ga se preformulacijom bolje razumije i time lakše primjeni metoda za njegovo rješavanje, kao i da sama metoda bude čim pouzdanija. U ovom radu prikazati će se značaj odlučivanja u svim situacijama kao što je na primjer u stresnim situacijama neizvjesnosti, u uvjetima rizika ili sa druge strane u uvjetima sigurnosti i određenosti. Cilj istraživanja je detaljna analiza načina primjene modela odlučivanja u logističkim tvrtkama, te ponuditi mogućnost optimizacije. Također, glavni cilj je ukazati na to koliko odluka sama po sebi može donijeti izuzetne posljedice, bilo da se radi o onim dobrima ili lošima.

Abstract (english)

Deciding is the most important link in the company's operations. A quality decision maker is of crucial importance for profitability and long-term development. The purpose of this paper is to explore decision-making systems in logistics companies, with an emphasis on showing the advantages and disadvantages of making decisions in companies. The purpose of the modeling is to reformulate the default problem starting from some of its essential features in order to make it easier to solve it in a way that it can be better understood by preformulation and thus easier to apply methods for solving it as well as that the method itself is as reliable as possible. This paper will show the significance of decision-making in all situations such as stressful uncertainty situations, risk conditions, or on the other hand in terms of security and certainty. The goal of the research is to provide a detailed analysis of how to apply decision models in logistics companies and to offer optimization. Also, the main goal is to point out how much a decision itself can have extraordinary consequences, whether it is good or bad ones.
