Abstract

Cilj diplomskog rada je prikazati razvoj ljudskih potencijala od samih početaka kada se spoznala važnost ljudskog resursa do danas. Naglasak je stavljen na načine motiviranja ljudskog kadra, te su opisane teorija na temelju kojih bi menadžeri mogli utjecati na motiviranje svojih zaposlenika. Razvojem tehnologije i informacijskih sustava olakšana je evidencija i praćenje rada zaposlenika, čime je olakšano i individualno pristupanje zaposleniku. Cilj svakog menadžera je motiviranje zaposlenika kako bi oni bilo produktivni i na taj način osigurali izvršenje postavljenih ciljeva te uspješno poslovanje.

Abstract (english)

The goal of the graduate thesis is to show the development of human resources from the very beginning when the importance of human resources to the present. Emphasis has been put on ways of motivating human staff, and a theory is described which are basis on which way managers could influence the motivation of their employees. By developing technology and information systems, it is easier to keep track of employee records, so it is also easier to individualize the employee. The goal of each manager is to motivate employees to make them productive and thus ensure the fulfillment of set goals and successful business.
