Abstract

Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima postaje ne samo najznačajnija poslovna funkcija, nego i specifična filozofija koja ljude smatra najvažnijim potencijalom te ključnom strategijskom i konkurentskom prednošću. Svrha rada je prikazati kako ljudski resursi utječu na kvalitetu poduzeća u cjelini te kako se povratna informacija, priznavanje uspjeha i dobri međuljudski odnosi mogu reflektirati na efektivnost i produktivnost poduzeća. Cilj ovog rada je ispuniti svrhu ljudskih potencijala te prikazati određene modele poboljšanja učinkovitosti svakog zaposlenika, te prikazati metode nagrađivanja i primjenu dobro organizirane strukture rada na svim razinama poduzeća. Motivacije zaposlenika su važan zadatak menadžera i uspješnost tvrtke je odraz menadžerske umješnosti u upravljanju ljudima. Krajnji cilj je ukazati koliko kvalitetno upravljanje ljudskim resursima utječe na konkurentnost čitavog poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

Human resource management becomes not only the most important business function but also the specific philosophy that considers people to be the most important potential and the key strategic and competitive advantage. The purpose of the paper is to show how human resources affect the quality of the enterprise as a whole and how feedback information, recognition of success and good relationships can reflect on the company's effectiveness and productivity. The goal of this paper is to fulfill the purpose of human resources and to show certain models of improving the efficiency of each employee, and to present remuneration methods and the application of a well-organized work structure at all levels of the enterprise. The motivation of the employees is an important managerial task; the success of a company is a reflection of managerial skills in managing people. The ultimate goal is to point out how well human resource management affects the competitiveness of the entire enterprise.
