Abstract

Informacijski sustavi upotrebljavaju se u više faza prijevoznog procesa. Počevši od početnih faza poput planiranja i organizacije prijevoznog procesa, zatim za kontrolu i praćenje procesa te na kraju za brzu i efikasnu distribuciju svih pratećih dokumenata. Prethodno navedene faze prijevoznog procesa zahtijevaju pravovremene i točne informacije te adekvatnu informatičku podršku u vidu kvalitetnih i inovativnih informacijskih rješenja poput informacijskih sustava. Svrha će ovog istraživanja stoga biti usmjerena na prikaz primjene informacijskih sustava u određenim fazama prijevoznog procesa. Takvim prikazom informacijskih sustava dobit će se jasna predodžba na koji su način informacijski sustavi ukomponirani u određene faze realizacije prijevoznog procesa, koje su njihove mogućnosti te ograničenja. Kroz prikaz realnih primjera informacijskih sustava prikazat će se nužnost implementacije programskih paketa prilikom realizacije tehnoloških procesa te koji su pozitivni učinci implementacije programskih paketa na pojedine faze tehnološkog procesa.

Abstract (english)

Information systems are used in multiple stages of the transport process. Starting from the initial stages of process realization, such as planning and organization of the transport process, then for process control and monitoring and for quick and efficient distribution of all accompanying documents. The aforementioned phases of the transportation process require timely and accurate information and adequate IT support in the form of quality and innovative information solutions such as information systems. The purpose of this research will therefore be to provide an overview of the application of information systems in certain phases of the transport process. With such an overview of information systems we will get a clear idea of how information systems are incorporated into certain stages of the realization of the transport process, which are their capabilities and constraints. Through the presentation of realistic examples of information systems, the necessity of implementation of program packages will be presented during the realization of the technological processes and the positive effects of the implementation of the program packages on the individual phases of the technological process.
