Abstract

Zračni prijevoznici, za obavljanje osnovnih aktivnosti, moraju osigurati kontinuiranu plovidbenost zrakoplova. Da bi zrakoplov bio plovidben mora biti opremljen svim potrebnim i ispravnim uređajima te mora biti održavan na propisan način. Svako održavanje iziskuje određeni vremenski period, a u tom razdoblju zrakoplov nije operativno raspoloživ. Cilj zračnog prijevoznika je imati što veću raspoloživost zrakoplova u floti. Na raspoloživost sredstva moguće je utjecati promjenama intervala zamjene komponenata. Optimalni interval zamjene komponente može reducirati vrijeme koje zrakoplov provede na održavanju. Izmjenjivač topline iz sustava za klimatizaciju zrakoplova se održava prema određenom intervalu za koji je utvrđeno da je nepovoljan za promatranog zračnog prijevoznika jer dolazi do otkaza komponente prije isteka predviđenog intervala održavanja. Određivanjem novog intervala održavanja želi se smanjiti vrijeme održavanja komponente.

Abstract (english)

Every airline has to ensure the continuing airworthiness of aircraft for performing basic activities. An aircraft will be airworthy if it is equipped with all the necessary and upstanding devices and if it is maintained properly. Each maintenance requires a certain period of time, and during that period the aircraft is not operationally available. The goal of every airliner is to have the highest possible availability of its aircraft in the fleet. The availability of resources can be affected by changes in component replacement intervals. The optimum component replacement interval can reduce the time which the aircraft spends in maintenance. The heat exchanger is an air condition system component and it maintained at a certain time interval that is unacceptable to the observed airline because the component is failing prior to the scheduled maintenance interval. By choosing a new maintenance interval, it is desirable to reduce the component maintenance time.
