Abstract

Fragmentiranost europskog zračnog prostora glavni je pokazatelj zaostajanja u kompetitivnosti pružanja usluga u zračnom prometu. Europski zračni promet jedan je od temeljnih pokretača gospodarskog rasta te utječe na mobilnost sustava i povezanost. Kako bi se smanjila fragmentiranost zračnog prostora uvedena je inicijativa Jedinstvenog europskog neba 2000. godine sa dva regulatorna paketa s ciljem povećanja kapaciteta, smanjenja troškova i emisija štetnih plinova. Ubrzanje provedbe Jedinstvenog europskog neba od 2012. godine temelji se na definiranju ključnih indikatora i područja performansi - sigurnosti, kapaciteta, okoliša i troškovne isplativosti. Dosadašnji rezultati upućuju na potrebu daljnje racionalizacije i optimizacije postojećeg sustava i to primjenom inovativnih tehnologijskih i operativnih rješenja.

Abstract (english)

Fragmentation of European airspace is the main indicator of lagging in the competitiveness of air traffic service. European air traffic is one of the fundamental drivers od economic growth and affects the system's mobility and connectivity. In order to reduce the fragmentation of the airspace, the Single European Sky initiative was introduced at the begining od the 21st century with two regulatory packages, which main objective was increasing capacity, reducing costs and emission of harmful gases. Objectives of the Single European Sky from 2012. were based on defining key performance indicators and areas such as safety, capacity, environment and cost-efficiency. Past results point to the need for further rationalization and optimization of the existing system and application of innovative technological and operational solutions.
