Abstract

Odlučivanje u uvjetima nesigurnosti u logističkim procesima veoma je važan čimbenik u današnjem poslovanju pojedine tvrtke. Zbog nedostatka informacija i nepoznatog budućeg stanja okoline donositelji odluka se nalaze u jako nezahvalnim situacijama. Primjenom različitih kriterija odlučivanja olakšava se proces donošenja odluka. U diplomskom radu je analizirano poslovno odlučivanje, te su prikazane njegove osnovne značajke. Detaljno je opisana primjena teorije igara u procesu donošenja odluka.... More Teorija igara je jako dobar alat pomoću kojeg se može između više ponuđenih strategija izabrati optimalna strategija koja pruža najbolji rezultat. Decision making under conditions of uncertainty in logistics processes is a very important factor in today's business of a particular company. Due to the lack of information and the unknown future environment, decision-makers find themselves in very unfortunate situations. Applying different decision-making criteria makes it easier for the decision-making process. In the graduate thesis, business decision-making is analyzed and its basic features are presented. Game theory is a very good tool by which one of the many strategies to choose the optimal strategy that provides the best result.
