Abstract

Odlučivanje u uvjetima nesigurnosti u logističkim procesima veoma je važan čimbenik u današnjem poslovanju pojedine tvrtke. Zbog nedostatka informacija i nepoznatog budućeg stanja okoline donositelji odluka se nalaze u jako nezahvalnim situacijama. Primjenom različitih kriterija odlučivanja olakšava se proces donošenja odluka. U diplomskom radu je analizirano poslovno odlučivanje, te su prikazane njegove osnovne značajke. Detaljno je opisana primjena teorije igara u procesu donošenja odluka. Teorija igara je jako dobar alat pomoću kojeg se može između više ponuđenih strategija izabrati optimalna strategija koja pruža najbolji rezultat. U radu su analizirani realni primjeri odlučivanja u uvjetima nesigurnosti za koje je izvršen izračun, te su dobivena rješenja prikazana i u grafičkom obliku.

Abstract (english)

Decision making under conditions of uncertainty in logistics processes is a very important factor in today's business of a particular company. Due to the lack of information and the unknown future environment, decision-makers find themselves in very unfortunate situations. Applying different decision-making criteria makes it easier for the decision-making process. In the graduate thesis, business decision-making is analyzed and its basic features are presented. The application of game theory in the decision-making process is described in detail. Game theory is a very good tool by which one of the many strategies to choose the optimal strategy that provides the best result. In this paper, realistic examples of decision-making were analyzed in the uncertainty conditions for which the calculation was made, and solutions were also presented in graphical form.
