U ovom radu su opisane višeuslužne mreže, različite usluge i aplikacije koje one pružaju kao i karakteristike tih usluga. Objašnjen je pojam kvalitete usluge te kojim mrežno opisnim parametrima se opisuje. Istraženi su i prezentirani rezultati istraživanja iz domene određivanja granica QoS (Quality of Service, kvaliteta usluge) parametara za pojedinu vrstu usluge. This paper describes the multiservice network, the various services and applications they provide, as well as the features of these services. The concept of quality of service is explained and the network descriptive parameters are described.
