Abstract

U radu je prikazana problematika iskorištenja logističkih resursa u paketnoj distribuciji općenito te je analiziran sustav paketne distribucije Hrvatske pošte. U okviru studije slučaja analizirani su pokazatelji iskorištenja logističkih resursa spomenutog pružatelja paketne distribucije. Prilikom analize identificirano je usko grlo poslovnog procesa na temelju kojeg je formiran prijedlog optimizacije elemenata postojećeg modela poslovanja te su predstavljeni očekivani učinci primjene predloženih elemenata.

Abstract (english)

The paper presents the general problem of usability of logistics resources in a parcel delivery and analyzes the parcel delivery system of the Croatian Post. Indicators of exploitation of logistics resources of a parcel delivery were analyzed within the case study. The analysis identifies the main problem of the business process and offers a solution in a form of optimization of elements of the existing business model as well as the representation of expected effects of proposed elements.
