Abstract

Logistička poduzeća proizvode logističke usluge i važna su za logističku djelatnost iako samu logistiku u današnje vrijeme moguće je pronaći i u svim drugim gospodarskim djelatnostima. Ima bitan značaj za promet samim time, i utjecaj, ali osim na promet utječe i na gospodarstvo određene države. Cilj logističkih poduzeća je što bolji plasman i konkurentnost na tržištu uz ostvarenje dobiti. Financijskom analizom moguće je dobiti uvid u stanje poduzeća. Sigurnosni i financijski pokazatelji uspješnosti mogu puno reći o stanju poduzeća. Iz njih se očituje posluje li poduzeće s dobiti, gubitkom, koliko je sigurno za poslovnopartnerski odnos, ima li u poslovanju prostora za napredak i razvoj. Uprava poduzeća se brine za poslovanje, ostvarenje ciljeva, financijske analize i donošenje bitnih odluka što utječu na poslovanje. Pokazatelji uspješnosti poslovanja služe prvenstveno upravi samog poduzeća i daju uvid u poslovne rezultate te pokazuju gdje postoji prostor za unaprjeđenje poslovanja. U današnje vrijeme treba pratiti aktualno tržište i pružati cjelovite logističke usluge kako bi se ostvarila konkurentnost na tržištu.

Abstract (english)

Logistic companies produce logistics services and are important for logistics, although logistics itself is nowadays possible to be found in all other economic activities. It has an important impact and significance for traffic itself, but also it affects the economy of a particular country. The aim of logistics companies is to achieve better market placement and competitiveness while gaining profit. Financial analysis provides an insight into the situation of the company. Security and financial performance indicators can tell a lot about the situation of the company. From them, it is clear whether the business is operating with profit, loss, how safe is it for a business-partner relationship, whether there is room for improvement and development. The company's management takes care of business, achieving goals, financial analysis, and making important decisions affecting business. Business performance indicators primarily serve the management of the business itself and provide insight into business results and show where there is room for business improvement. Nowadays it is necessary to keep track of the current market and to provide complete logistic services in order to achieve market competitiveness.
