Abstract

Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća pet poglavlja koji detaljno opisuju mogućnosti optimiranja zaliha te primjere optimizacije zaliha dentalne kozmetike. Upravljanje zalihama je ključ uspjeha poslovanja svakog poduzeća. Kako bi se postigla optimalna politika, poduzeća su prisiljena posvetiti veliku pažnju na brojne aspekte politike upravljanja i kako ostvariti dobit. U uvodnom dijelu ukratko je objašnjeno zašto uopće optimirati zalihe. Drugim poglavljem objašnjen je pojam zaliha, zašto držati zalihe, te aktivnosti kojima se treba koristiti kod upravljanja zalihama dok su u trećem poglavlju detaljno objašnjene vrste zaliha. Ključno je upravljati zalihama, a ne ih jednostavno rezati. Za identifikaciju zaliha prema važnosti i prema oscilacijama u prodaji u četvrtom poglavlju provedene su analize (ABC, XYZ, Unakrsna) pomoću kojih je to najbolje vidljivo na određenim artiklima dentalne kozmetike. U posljednjem dijelu „Zaključku'' sažeto je pitanje optimizacije zaliha i dokazuje valjanost pretpostavke da su one zaista optimizirane.

Abstract (english)

This final work consists of five chapters that describe the possibilities of optimizing the stock in detail, as well as the examples optimizing the stock in dental cosmetics. Inventory is the key to success of any business enterprise. In order to achieve optimal policy, companies are forced to give a lot of attention to many aspects of management policies that directly affect business and how to make a profit. The introductory part briefly describes why we optimize the stock in the first place. The second chapter describes the concept of stock, why keep it, as well as the activities used to manage it. The third chapter describes different types of stock. Managing stock is crucial, instead of simply cutting it. The fourth chapter includes different types of analysis (ABC, XYZ, crosswise) used to identify the stock according to its importance and differences in sales. This can be best seen on some products of dental cosmetics. The last chapter, the Conclusion, summarizes the question of optimizing the stock and proves the validity of the assumption that they are really optimized.
