Abstract

Planiranje logističkih sustava nije ograničeno na planiranje proizvodnje, transporta ili distribucije, već pokriva čitav logistički proces sa svim svojim elementima. Svaki element je zaseban, sloţen i potrebno ga je detaljno analizirati. Iz tog razloga nemoguće je odrediti jedinstvenu metodu koja će pomoći logističkim operatorima u donošenju odluka prilikom rješavanja logističkih problema. U tu svrhu kroz iskustveni razvoj donesene su različite metode za različite aktivnosti unutar logističkog lanca s primarnim ciljem optimizacije vremena, troškova i kapaciteta.

Abstract (english)

Planning of logistic systems is not limited to planning of production, transport or distribution, covers the whole logistic process with all elements. Each element is separate, complex and needs to be thoroughly analyzed. For this reason, it is impossible to determine a unique method that will help logistic operators to make decisions when solving logistic problems. For this purpose through experiential development, various methods for various activities within the logistic chain have been adopted with the primary aim of time, cost and capacity optimization.
