Abstract

Robno transportni centri čine važnu kariku u transportnim i logističkim lancima. U ovome radu napravljena je analiza poslovanja robno transportnog centra općenito, te posebno operativnog poslovanja Robnih terminala Zagreb, Poslovne jedinice Jankomir, u okviru studije slučaja. Analizirane su najbitnije značajke robno transportnog centra poput: lokacije, oblika vlasništva, profil usluga, te struktura i raspoloživost prostornih kapaciteta i prekrcajne mehanizacije. Detaljnije su prikazane logističke funkcije robno transportnog centra, te model vlasništva i upravljanja robno transportnim centrom. Također su navedene osnovne podjele funkcija robno transportnih centara te su razrađeni modeli njihovih upravljanja.

Abstract (english)

Cargo transport centers serve as an important link between transport and logistics pathways. This paper represents an analysis of the cargo center operations in general, especially on operational business of the Zagreb Freight Station, Jankomir Business Unit, within the case study. The most important features of the cargo transport center have been elaborated, such as: location, form of ownership, service profile, structure and availablity of spatial capacities and transhipment mechanization. The logistic function of cargo transport centers is described in more detail and also includes a nuanced explanation of their managment models.
