Abstract

Zajedničkim radom IATAe i ACIa došlo se do mogućeg rješenja pitanja sigurnosti u budućnosti. Primjenom određenih mjera od trenutka ulaza u zračnu luku pa sve do zaštitnog pregleda, putnici prolaze kroz niz nasumičnih i ciljanih metoda kojima se namjerava smanjiti stvaranje neugodnog osjećaja i dobivanja negativnih povratnih reakcija. Tehnologija donosi napretke u područjima učinkovitosti, operacijskoj uspješnosti i putnikovim reakcijama. Upotrebom razne opreme kao što su zaštitni skeneri, različiti načini pregleda ručne prtljage, inovativni dizajn redova i automatizacija opreme povećala se razina sigurnosti u zračnoj luci.

Abstract (english)

Joint work by IATA and ACI has provided a possible solution to security issues in the future. Using certain measures from the moment of entry to the airport, up to the point of security check, passengers will be tested through numerous random and targeted methods whose sole intention are to reduce the of making uncomfortable feeling and receiving negative feedbacks from passengers. This technology shows advancements in areas such as effectiveness, operational efficiency and passenger experience. Using various equipment such as security scanners, different ways of cabin baggage screening, innovative lane design and automation have increased level of safety at the airports.
