Abstract

Cilj završnog zadatka jest analizirati aplikacijska rješenja informacijskog sustava mreţnih operatora. Razradom rada su opisana aplikacijska rješenja mreţnog operatora Hrvatski telekom. Odabrana tehnologija opisana u radu jest računalstvo u oblaku Cloud Computing. Opisani su elementi informacijskog sustava da se ukaţe na kompleksnost takvog poslovanja. Provedena je analiza poslovnih procesa informacijskog sustava. Nabrojane su funkcionalne i nefunkcionalne zadaće aplikacije Moj Telekom te su na kraju kao jedan od bitnijih dijelova navedeni sigurnost i zaštita aplikacijskog modula.

Abstract (english)

The aim of the final task is to analyze the application solutions of the network operator information system. The elaboration of the work describes the application solutions of the network operator Hrvatski telekom. The technology chosen in this paper is Cloud Computing. The information system elements are described to point to the complexity of such a business. An analysis of the business processes of the information system was carried out. The functional and dysfunctional tasks of the Moj Telekom application are listed, and in the end, as one of the most important parts, the security and protection of the application module are listed.
