Abstract

Liberalizacijom tržišta željezničkih usluga u Europi je započeto novo razdoblje promjena koje za cilj ima povećati korištenje željezničkog prometa. Jedna od mnogih mjera je donošenje metodologija za izračun pristojbe za korištenje željezničke infrastrukture. U radu je izrađen benchmarking metodologija i ukupnih pristojbi za ukupno pet različitih koridora koji spajaju pomorske luke sa intermodalnim terminalom BILK u Budimpešti. Ti koridori svojevrsne su poveznice između Dalekog Istoka i Srednje Europe. Oni prolaze kroz osam različitih država od kojih dvije nisu članice Europske Unije. Detaljno je analizirana metodologija izračuna pristojbe minimalnog pristupnog paketa i konačna cijena pristojbe za svaki koridor. Analizirane su i mogućnosti prijevoza kontejnerskih direktnih vlakova s obzirom na različite dostupne serije vagona za prijevoz kontejnera.

Abstract (english)

Railway services market liberalization in Europe started new era of changes that have a main goal to increase the use of railway transportation. One of most measures is creation of methodology for calculation of the charges for the minimum access package. This paper presents benchmarking of methodologies and total charges for five different corridors that connect sea ports with intermodal terminal BILK in Budapest. Those corridors are connection between Far East and Central Europe. They are passing through eight different countries where two countries are not part of the European Union. Detailed analysis of minimum access packages charges is made as well as total charge for the whole corridor. There is also analyses of the possibility of transporting container direct trains regarding the different available wagon classes.
