Abstract

Korisnički zahtjevi su temelj za planiranje, izgradnju i implementaciju svakog ITS sustava. ITS sustav pruža određene funkcionalnosti korisnicima te je jasno da svaki sustav za cilj ima pružanje usluge koja je potrebna korisniku. Korištenjem inovativnih ITS tehnologija moguće je uvelike povećati sigurnost i efikasnost sustava koji se koristi pri praćenju opasnog tereta. U radu će se pokazati procedure čijim se korištenjem značajno unaprjeđuje proces prijevoza opasnog tereta i to u skladu s predstavljenim korisničkim zahtjevima.

Abstract (english)

User needs are the foundation for the planing, development and implementation of any ITS system. The ITS system offers certain functionalities to its users and it is evident that every system has for its purpose the provision of services needed by the user. By using the inovative ITS technologies it is possible to greatly improve security and efficiency of the system used in tracking hazardous goods. The procedures implemented in ITS will show a considerable improvement in the process of the transport of hazardous goods which are also in accordance with the user needs.
