Abstract

Nadzorni centar za upravljanje prometom je jedno od rješenja inteligentnih transportnih sustava za prometne gužve i bitan faktor u održivom prometnom sustavu kako u gradovima, tako i u širem području. Nadzorni centar objedinjuje mnoge telematičke sustave kao što su semafori, detektori, pametne prometnice, autonomna vozila i slično u jedan sustav iz kojeg se upravlja svim ostalim komponentama. U ovome radu predložen je i detaljno opisan koncept razvoja nadzornog centra u gradovima, dan je osvrt na suvremene tehnologije koje se koriste u ITS okruženju, te je primjerima iz svjetske prakse prikazano na koji se način postepeno implementira takav sustav i na kraju su prikazane pozitivne i negativne činjenice koje ga karakteriziraju. Također je analizirana postojeća telematička oprema u svrhu ukazivanja na potrebne zamjene opreme. Svrha rada je ukazivanje na potrebu za implementacijom nadzornog centra odnosno nadogradnju klasičnog upravljanja prometom na suvremeno upravljanje korištenjem informacijsko-komunikacijskih metoda i načela, gdje takvi sustavi, uz isto ili manje iskorištenje resursa daju značajno efikasnije i učinkovitije rezultate.

Abstract (english)

The control center for traffic management is one of the solutions of intelligent transport systems for traffic jams and guiding principle towards sustainable transport system in cities, and in the wider area. The control center combines many telematic systems (traffic lights, detectors, smart roads, autonomous vehicles) in a single system from which manages all other components. In this paper is proposed and described in detail the concept of development control center in the cities, there is a comment on any necessary actions before the implementation of such a system, and the examples of world practice shows that the method of gradually implementing such a system and finally shows positive and negative facts that characterize it. There was also analyzed the existing telematics equipment in order to point to the necessary replacement of equipment. The purpose of the study is the need for the implementation of the monitoring center, which represents a modern approach to traffic management based on intelligent transportation systems, or in layman's terms, an upgrade of the classic traffic management in modern management of the use of information and communication methods and principles, where such systems with the same or less use of resources provided significantly more efficient and more effective results.
