Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je Prikupljanje otpada u svrhu iskorištenja sirovine sa ciljem oporabe. U uvodu je kratko opisano značenje logistike, povratne logistike i otpada. Uvod opisuje i uređenje hrvatskih zakona povezanih sa gospodarenjem otpadom. U drugom dijelu rada obrađuju se sustavi povratne logistike, aktivnosti povratne logistike i upravljanje otpadom u okvirima povratne logistike. Treća cjelina govori o zakonskim regulativama za prikupljanje otpadnih sirovina sa ciljem oporabe. U okviru treće cjeline obrađeno je održivo gospodarenje otpadom, zbrinjavanje i oporaba otpada. Četvrta cjelina obrađuje pojmove kao što su biootpad, bioplin i bioplinska postrojenja. Nastavno, analizira se sustav prikupljanja otpadnih sirovina na primjeru bioplinskog postrojenja Agroproteinka-Energija d.o.o. Peta cjelina rada prikazuje prijedlog reorganizacije prikupljanja otpadnih sirovina. Na kraju rada donosi se zaključak koji ukratko obuhvaća sve dijelove ovog diplomskog rada.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this master thesis is Waste collection for the utilization of raw materials for recovery. The introduction briefly describes the meaning of logistic, reverse logistic and waste. In introduction is also described regulation of Croatian law related to waste management. Second part of the work deals with reverse logistics systems, reverse logistics activities and waste management within reverse logistics. The third section deals with legal regulations for the collection of waste materials with a special emphasis to recovery of waste materials. Terms like sustainable waste management, disposal and recovery of waste are covered within the third section. The fourth section deals with concepts such as biowaste, biogas and biogas facilities. Additionally, a system for collecting waste materials is analyzed on the example of the biogas facility Agroproteinka-Energija d.o.o. The fifth section of work presents a suggestion for the reorganization of the collection of waste materials. At the end of the work is a conclusion which briefly covers all the parts of this master thesis.
