Distribucija predstavlja proces koji osigurava dostupnost proizvoda ili usluga potrošačima. Postaje važan dio maloprodajne strategije, jer pruža mogućnosti optimizacije troškova, povećanja tržišta i kompetitivnih prednosti. Stoga, važno je osigurati dostupnost dobara i usluga uvažavajući troškovne i vremenske okvire.
