Skladišni procesi u tvrtki moraju se učinkovito odvijati jer kroz njih prolazi velika količina robe čija je vrijednost ogromna. Svaki skladišni proces od prijema robe, pa sve do otpreme robe je veoma bitan, ali je komisioniranje robe sa skladišnih pozicija prema narudžbi kupaca, od velike važnosti za cjelokupno skladišno poslovanje. Warehouse processes in the company have to be carried out effectively, because through them passes a large quantity of goods whose value is enormous. Every warehousing process from the goods receiving to the goods shipping is very important, but the picking goods process from storage positions because of the customer orders is most important for the entire warehouse management.
