Abstract

Razvoj međunarodne trgovine kroz povijest te rast potražnje za odgovarajućim prijevoznim kapacitetima, utjecali su na razvoj prijevozničke djelatnosti koja svojom ponudom treba zadovoljiti tu potražnju. Tako se s vremenom stvorila potreba za djelatnost koja bi omogućila da korisnici prijevoza na vrijeme osiguraju odgovarajuće prijevozne kapacitete za prijevoz vlastite robe, odnosno špedicija. Poduzeće ili fizička osoba čija je zadaća određivanje optimalnog prijevoznog rješenja, organizacija i provedba prijevoza robe naziva se špediter. Zračni je promet specifičan u svojoj logističkoj ulozi. Zračne luke su se razvile u logističko distribucijske centre koji nisu više samo terminali u zračnom prometu i ne bave se samo dopremom i otpremom robe, nego imaju široku ponudu usluga koje pružaju. U prometu roba preko zračnih luka, špediter obavlja sve poslove povezane s organizacijom zračnog prometa, prihvatom robe, obavljanjem prekrcajnih manipulacija, ali i s daljnjom otpremom robe drugim oblikom transporta. Logističke funkcije špeditera i poslovi koje on obavlja u sklopu zračnog logističkog sustava međusobno su povezani te ovise o uvjetima i zadacima koji su postavljeni pred njega.

Abstract (english)

The development of international trade through history and the growth of demand for adequate transport capacities have influenced the development of transport operations, which with their offer have to meet this demand. Thus, over time, it created the need for an activity that would enable timely transport for users to provide adequate transport facilities for the transport of their own goods or freight forwarding. An enterprise or a natural person whose task is to determine the optimal transport solution, organization and implementation of freight transport is called a freight forwarder. Air traffic is specific in their logistic role. Airports have developed into logistics distribution centers which are no longer just terminals in air traffic and deal not only with shipping but have a wide range of services they provide. In freight traffic through the airports, the freight forwarder carries out all activities related to the organization of air traffic, the acceptance of goods, the handling of transhipment manipulations, as well as the further dispatch of goods by another form of transport. The logistical functions of the forwarder and the operations he carries out within the air logistics system are interrelated and depend on the conditions and tasks set before them.
