Abstract

U diplomskom radu istražuje se važnost i karakteristike širokopojasnih pristupnih tehnologija te se analizira grupa čimbenika kao potencijalnih kriterija za izbor tehnologije širokopojasnog pristupa Internetu. Kao polazna osnova promatraju se trendovi razvoja širokopojasnog pristupa Internetu u Republici Hrvatskoj i Europskoj uniji (EU). Svrha istraživanja je identifikacija kriterija i podkriterija koji utječu na planiranje i razvoj širokopojasnog pristupa Internetu te primjena višekriterijske analize u procesu planiranja i razvoja širokopojasnih pristupnih tehnologija. Primjenom metode Promethee I i II odabire se najprihvatljivija alternativa.

Abstract (english)

The research presented in this graduate thesis examines the importance and characteristics of broadband access technologies and analiyzes a group of factors as potential criteria for choosing technology for broadband Internet access. As a starting point, trends of the development of broadband internet access in the Republic of Croatia and the European Union (EU) are being considered. The purpose of the research is to identify the criteria and sub-criteria that influence the planning and development of broadband Internet access and the use of multi-criteria analysis in the planning and development process of broadband access technologies. The most acceptable alternative is chosen using Promethe I and II.
