Abstract

U današnjim uvjetima poslovanja, gdje vodstvo voznog parka treba obratiti veliku pozornost na zahtjeve klijenata, ali i na utjecaj konkurencije, iznimno je teško upravljati voznim parkom. No, odabirom kvalitetnog vodstva, konstantnim educiranjem zaposlenih te razvojem novih tehnologija, troškovi upravljanja voznim parkom svode se na najmanju razinu i postižu se vrlo dobri rezultati u poslovanju voznog parka, kao i cjelokupne tvrtke. Veliku ulogu pri upravljanju voznim parkom ima i tržište koje, kao vanjski utjecaj, nameće određene zahtjeve i cijene koji voznom parku predstavljaju troškove pri upravljanju. Na temelju tih troškova kasnije se određuje konačna vrijednost te trošak održavanja i upravljanja voznim parkom, te na temelju toga može se odrediti financijska isplativost samostalnog održavanja voznog parka u odnosu na eksternelizaciju voznog parka.

Abstract (english)

In today's business conditions where fleet leadership should take a great attention on clients requests but also on the influence of concurrency it is really hard to manage with fleet. But with selecting quality leadership, constantly educating workers and with development of new technologies the costs of managing with fleet are reducing to the lowest level and it comes to increase of good results in fleet business and also in whole company. The market has the great part in fleet managing, which as a outside influence, impose demands and prices to fleet which represents costs in managing. Latter, according to that costs, final value, cost of maintenance and managing with fleet are defining, and based on that the financial profitability of fleet – self maintenance could be defined in regard to fleet outsourcing.
