Abstract

Zalihe su bitne radi održavanja kontinuiteta proizvodnje, kako bi se pravovremeno ispunili zahtjevi potrošača. U današnje se vrijeme sve više ulaže u napredak tehnologije kako bi se poboljšao i olakšao cjelokupni proces upravljanja zalihama. U ovome je radu težište postavljeno na sigurnosne i signalne zalihe, te na njihovu zadaću u proizvodnom procesu. Signalne zalihe predstavljaju razinu zaliha kod koje se započinje novi proces nabave. Određivanje sigurnosne i signalne zalihe u radu, definirano je kao istraživački proces na studiji slučaja, odnosno primjeru sa više ulaznih parametara. Prikazom važnosti sigurnosne zalihe na primjeru proizvodnog procesa radi nesmetanog odvijanja proizvodnje, ustanovljeno je da povećanjem količine sigurnosne zalihe raste pouzdanost ispunjenja predviđenih zahtjeva, no povećavaju se popratni troškovi. Abstract (english)

Stocks are essential to maintain production continuity in order to meet customer requirements in time. Nowadays, technology is being improved and enabling easy overall inventory management processes. In this paper the main focus is on security and signal stocks and on their task in the production. Signal stocks represent the level of materials which are signaling a need for new purchase. Security stocks are essential to cover random changes in demand and to ensure the supply in terms of... More delivery delays, production shortages etc. In the final paper, determination of security and signal stocks is defined as a case of study presented by the example with multiple input parameters.
