Abstract

Optimiranje zaliha vodeći je zadatak svake tvrtke. Postiže se analizama prema raznim kriterijima kao što su opseg potrošnje, kontinuitet potrošnje ili rizici opskrbe. U završnom radu obrađeni su modeli i analize koje pomažu pri optimiranju zaliha. Cilj svake industrije pa tako i automobilske je poboljšati efikasnost i svesti troškove na minimalnu razinu, a da pritom razina usluge koju pruža korisnicima ostane na zadovoljavajućoj razini, kako bi se zadržala konkurentnost na tržištu. Zalihe u postprodaji automobilske industrije predstavljaju osnovni problem svake tvrtke koja se bavi njihovom distribucijom i prodajom. Rješenje problema postiže se pravilnim optimiranjem zalihama, prikazanom u posljednjem poglavlju završnog rada, informatizacijom cjelokupnog poslovanja i razvijanjem raznih sustava optimiranja zaliha.

Abstract (english)

Inventory optimization is the guiding task of any company. Analyze are obtained according to various criteria such as the range of consumption, the continuity of consumption or the risks of supplier activity. In the final paper, models and analyzes that helps to optimize inventory are processed. The goal of every industry and even the automotive are to improve efficiency and reduce costs to a minimum, while maintaining the level of service provided for users at a satisfactory level in order to maintain market competitiveness. Automotive parts supplies are the basic problem of any company that deals with their distribution and sales. The solution to the problem is achieved through a proper inventory optimization, as shown in the last chapter of the final work, by informatiozation the entire business and by developing various inventory optimization systems.
