Abstract

Mogućnosti poboljšanja pružanja logističkih usluga su mnogobrojne. Optimiranje se nastoji postići kroz koordinaciju aktivnosti u distribucijskim mrežama i modelima poslovne inteligencije u upravljanju lancem opskrbe. Tu se podrazumijeva ekonomska opravdanost uvođenja tehnologija „inteligentnih transportnih sustava“, analize učinkovitosti logističkih procesa, „e-poslovanje“, važnost integracije kao i inteligentna rješenja unutar opskrbnog lanca. Rad se sastoji od šest poglavlja u kojima se nastoje obuhvatiti, opisati i objasniti mogućnosti poboljšanja te iznijeti prijedlozi istih. Osim logističkih usluga, analiziraju se svrha pojedinih razina logističkih operatera te opisuju osnove logističke industrije.

Abstract (english)

The possibilities for improving the provision of logistic services are numerous. Optimization is sought through coordination of activities in distribution networks and business intelligence models in supply chain management. This implies economic justification for the introduction of "intelligent transport systems" technology, logistics efficiency analysis, "e-business", the importance of integration as well as intelligent solutions within the supply chain. The paper consists of six chapters that attempt to encompass, describe and explain the possibilities of improvement and make suggestions. In addition to logistic services, the purpose of individual levels of logistics operators is analyzed and described the basics of the logistics industry.
