Abstract | Cilj istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati utjecaj gubitka i kašnjenja paketa na iskustvenu kvalitetu usluge (eng. Quality of Experience, QoE) prilikom prijenosa videosadržaja strujanjem. Istraživanje se provelo na skupini ispitanika koji su dobrovoljno i anonimno pristupili anketnim upitnicima koji se kasnije analiziraju, a prilikom provođenja ankete koriste se subjektivne metode mjerenja opisane u radu. Prilikom emulacije mreže korišten je program Network Emulator for Windows Toolkit, NEWT. Određeni mrežni scenariji uzrokovani programom NEWT različito utječu na iskustvenu kvalitetu usluge ispitanika. Analiza rezultata ankete prikazana je grafovima koji ukazuju na razlike u korisnikovoj percepciji iskustvene kvalitete usluge s obzirom na određeni mrežni scenarij u kojem se ispitivanje provodi. |

Parallel abstract (English) | Main goal of the research in this graduation thesis is to present the impact of packet loss and delay on Quality of Experience, QoE for video streaming. Research was conducted on a group of respondents who voluntarily and anonymously participated in the research by completing the questionnaires that are later analyzed, and the subjective metrics were used during the research. Network emulator for Windows Toolkit, NEWT, was used during network emulation. Some network scenarios caused by the NEWT program have a different impact on the Quality of Experience of the respondents. The analysis of the research results is presented in graphs that point to differences in the users perception of the Quality of Experience according on different network scenarios in which the research is conducted. |
