Abstract
Zračni promet današnjice se iz dana u dan povećava, te zahtijeva sve više kapaciteta. Kako bi zahtjevi za kapacitetima bili ispunjeni, uvedeni su novi programi; SESAR (Single European Sky ATM1 Research) u Europi i NextGen u SAD-u. Ključni dio oba programa su operacije zasnovane na putanjama zrakoplova (eng. Trajectory Based Operations – TBO). U ovom radu je detaljno obrađen utjecaj TBO-a na segment potrošnje goriva u krstarenju na ruti (eng. Enroute cruise).

Air traffic nowadays is growing on a daily basis, and demands more and more capacities. In order for those demands to be fulfilled, new programs have been introduced; SESAR in Europe and NextGen in US. The key part of both programmes are Trajectory Based Operations (TBO). The effect of Trajectory Based Operations on fuel consumption during enroute cruise has been processed in detail in this thesis.
