Abstract

S obzirom na sve vede zahtjeve tržišta i sve veda očekivanja korisnika da usluga prijevoza bude što kvalitetnija i cjenovno povoljnija, prijevoznici i logistički operateri moraju tražiti načine za smanjivanje troškova. Jedan od bitnijih segmenata kvalitetnog upravljanja prijevozničkom odnosno logističkom tvrtkom je upravljanje voznim parkom. Osobito se to odnosi na one tvrtke koje se bave dostavnom djelatnosti gdje na dnevnoj bazi obavljaju veliki broj dostava. Svako smanjenje prijeđene udaljenosti a da se pritom ne smanji učinkovitost, odnosno optimalno iskorištenje voznog parka, donosi značajnu uštedu logističkim troškovima. U diplomskom radu analizirat de se ključni pokazatelji performansi voznog parka, te de se u okviru studije slučaja analizirati korištenje ključnih pokazatelja performansi u upravljanju voznim parkom logističkog operatera kojemu je primarna djelatnost pružanje usluga paketne distribucije. Temeljem rezultata analize formulirat de se prijedlog elemenata unaprjeđenja postojedeg modela upravljanja i izložiti projekcije očekivanih rezultata primjene predloženih unaprjeđenja.

Abstract (english)

Due to the growing market demands and the increasing expectations of customers, carriers (carters) and logistic operators must look for ways to reduce costs to make the transport service good and quality. Application of rationalization methods of logistics costs will give the organization opportunity to be as competitive as possible on the market. One of the most important segments of quality management of a carrier or logistics company is the fleet management. Particularly this concerns the companies involved in the delivery business where large number of deliveries are performed on a daily basis. Any reduction in the traveled distance, without compromising on efficiency or optimum utilization of the fleet, makes significant savings on logistic costs. In this thesis, key performance indicators of the fleet will be analyzed, moreover, within the case study will be analyzed the usage of key performance indicators in the management of the logistic operator fleet. Based on the results of the analysis, proposal of the elements for the improvement of the existing management model will be formulated and expected results of the proposed improvements will be projected.
