Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je prijedlog razvoja sustava putnog informiranja za korisnike s poteškoćama u govorno-glasovnoj komunikaciji. Rad obuhvaća definiranje ciljane skupine korisnika (vozači s oštećenim sluhom i poteškoćama u govorno-glasovnoj komunikaciji). Analizom anketnih upitnika definirani su korisnički zahtjevi. Na temelju korisničkih zahtjeva predložene su funkcionalnosti sustava. Predloženi sustav temelji se na modelima elektroničkog poslovanja s ciljem informiranja ciljane skupine korisnika.... Abstract (english)

The basis of this paper is the proposal of travel information system development for users with speech-voice communication impairement. The thesis involves defining the targeted user group (drivers with impaired hearing and speech-voice communication impairement). Costumer requirements are defined by analyzing questionnaires.
