Abstract

Svakodnevnom upotrebom informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologija, u današnjici, elektroničko poslovanje dobilo je iznimnu važnost za poduzeća u smislu efikasnosti i konkurentnosti u poslovanju. Internet kao medij nosi široku paletu usluga i informatičkih resursa, te se danas gotovo svako moderno poslovanje odvija preko Interneta. Za implementaciju elektroničkog poslovanja potrebno je koristiti dinamičke web tehnologije kako bi se poslovanje poduzeća odvijalo na Internetu. Važnost odabira web tehnologija je presudna jer je Internet dinamičko okruženje u kojemu poslovanje poduzeća može biti ugroženo u bilo kojem trenutku od strane konkurenata.Za analizu problema istražene su web karakteristike web tehnologija koje se koriste pri izradi modela B2B elektroničkog sustava te je kreiran koncept elektroničkog sustava koji bi omogućio učinkovitije poslovanje u ugostiteljstvu. Istraživanjem i analizom ispitana je uspješnost web sustava u svrhu unaprjeđenja B2B modela elektroničkog poslovanja. U radu je prikazano rješenje elektroničkog poslovanja, odnosno web aplikacija koja bi uvelike olakšala poslovanje koje se odvija u sektoru ugostiteljstva.

Abstract (english)

Everyday use of information and communication technologies in today's e-business is of utmost importance for companies in terms of efficiency and competitiveness in business. As a media, Interner carries a wide range of services and IT resources so today's every modern business takes place over the Internet. To implement e-business, it is necessary to use dynamic web technologies to make the business of the company run on the Internet. The importance of selecting web technologies is crucial because the Internet is dynamic environment in which business operations can be endangered at any time by competitors. The web technologies used in the development of the B2B model of electronic system are explored for the analysis of the problem and the concept of an electronic system was created to enable more efficient business operations in the hospitality industry.Research and analysis examined the success of the web system for the purpose of improving model of B2B e-business. This work presents the solution of electronic business in the form of a web application which would greatly facilitated the business that takes place in the caterer sector.
