Abstract

Odlučivanje je proces koji obuhvaća izbor između dvije ili više mogućih akcija te provedbu izabrane akcije kako bi se postigao unaprijed odabrani cilj. U ovom diplomskom radu su prikazane i izanalizirane značajke logističkog odlučivanja, načini logističkog odlučivanja, elementi i obilježja krizne situacije općenito, te na temelju migrantske krize u RH. Također, prikazana je i mogućnost primjene logističkog odlučivanja u procesu rješavanja migrantske krize, logistički resursi i logistički pristup ključnih organizacija koje su sudjelovale u rješavanju migrantske krize u RH. Svrha diplomskog rada je prikazati koliko je bitan logistički pristup, kao i proces logističkog odlučivanja, ne samo za funkcioniranje opskrbnog lanca, već i za nacionalnu sigurnost. Cilj istraživanja je definirati ključ problema, izvršiti adekvatnu podjelu odgovornosti, prikazati metodologiju upravljanja cijelim procesom, te izvršiti dosadašnju analizu učinkovitosti rješavanja krizne situacije u RH. Prikupljenim podacima, prikazan je tijek procesa, identificirane su kritične točke, te je u zaključku definiran i prikazan kritički osvrt.

Abstract (english)

Decision making is based on choosing the right activity and procedures to deal with a certain situation in order to achieve designated objective. The analysis procedures and conclusion making methods of logistics decision making are explained through this thesis. Moreover the elements and characteristics of crisis management and logistics decision making are explained through the immigration crisis in Croatia. The thesis provides a systematical scheme of logistics decision making process in dealing with the immigration crisis, furthermore, it indicates the possible logistics resources and the logistics approach of the organizations which could be involved in resolving the crisis. The objective of this thesis is to emphasize the logistics approach and the function of logistics decision making, not only for supply chain features but for national safety. The objective of the conducted research is to define the main problematic area, divide responsibilities between the included parties, represent the managing methodology and conduct a performance review on executed actions. A flow chart of the process and critical areas have been represented and a critical review is given based on the collected data.
