Abstract
Prilikom kretanja dijelom prometne mreže poput pločnika, raskrižja i velikih otvorenih prostora kao što su trgovi, korisnicima nedostatak informacija predstavlja problem. Cilj rada je dizajniranje aplikativnih modula koji bi informirali korisnike i time im olakšati kretanje prometnom mrežom. Svrha rada je pružanje pravovremenih i točnih informacija korisnicima prilikom kretanja kako bi se omogućilo podizanje kvalitete života korisnika. Korištenjem koncepata Interneta stvari (Internet of Things) i Računarstva u oblaku (Cloud Computing) razvijen je sustav koji korisnicima, u bilo kojem trenutku i gdje god se nalazili, daje informacije o njihovoj okolini. To se postiže korištenjem Bluetooth odašiljača, NFC oznaka i GPS sustava. Korisnik sustava informacije dobiva u stvarnom vremenu, čime se, primjerice, osobama s oštećenjem vida značajno povećava stupanj samostalnosti i sigurnost kretanja.

When users have to use parts of the traffic network, like the sidewalk, traffic intersections and large open areas, the lack of information often poses an issue. The goal of this paper is to design application modules that will facilitate users in the traffic network. The purpose is providing real-time and accurate information to users while they are walking in order to increase their quality of life. Using the Internet of Things and Cloud Computing concepts, a system has been developed that gives users the information about their environment at any moment, wherever they are. It is accomplished by using Bluetooth beacons, NFC tags and the GPS system. User of the system receives information in real-time, which is for visually impaired users very useful when they are walking. By using the system, their autonomy and safety while in traffic network increases.
