Abstract
S obzirom na veliki broj prometnih nesreća koje uzrokuju ozbiljne ozljede sudionicima, pa čak i smrtne posljedice, Europska unija zatražila je razvoj paneuropskog sustava e-Poziv. Navedeni sustav ima temeljnu funkcionalnost ručne ili automatske aktivacije žurnog poziva iz vozila, čiji je cilj smanjiti vrijeme potrebno za reakciju adekvatnih žurnih službi. U ovom radu analiziran je trenutno razvijani sustav e-Poziva, odnosno njegove komponente i procesi. Analizirani su podaci koje će sustav prikupljati, te proces njihovog prijenosa do centra za zaštitu i spašavanje. Na temelju analize procesa standardnog očevida prometne nesreće definiran je dodatni skup podataka čijim bi prikupljanjem sustav dobio nova svojstva i primjene. Dodatni podaci omogućili bi utvrđivanje činjeničnog stanja na prometnici u svim fazama prometne nesreće. Također, analizirane su dodatne komponente potrebne za prikupljanje tih podataka, a na temelju njih predložena je proširena arhitektura i procesi sustava e-Poziva. Za prikazivanje statičkih i dinamičkih struktura sustava korišteni su odgovarajući UML (Unified Modelling Language) dijagrami koji omogućuju analizu i dizajniranje sustava.

Given the large number of traffic accidents that cause serious injury to the participants, and even fatal consequences, the European Union requested the development of a pan-European system named eCall. This system has the basic functionality of manual or automatic activation of an emergency call from the vehicle, which aims to reduce the time required for the reaction of appropriate emergency services. This paper analyses eCall system, which is currently being developed, its components and processes. Required minimum set of data is analysed, alongside with its transmission to most appropriate public safety answering point. Based on an analysis of standard investigation procedures of a traffic accident, additional data set is defined. Additional data set would enable new features and applications to the system, like possible determination of facts related to different stages of traffic accidents. Additional components required for collecting this information are also analyzed. Based on proposed components, expanded architecture and processes of eCall system is presented. For presentation of static and dynamic structures of the system, Unified Modelling Language (UML) is used, i.e. respective UML diagrams. The diagrams enable the analysis and design of the system.
