Abstract
U ovom radu prikazana je arhitektura 2G i 3G mobilne mreže. Definiraju i objašnjavaju se određeni dijelovi arhitekture. Opisuju se kanali, koji mogu biti logički ili fizički. Definira se pojam Erlanga kao mjerne jedinice za izračun statičke mjere gustoće glasovnog prometa. Objašnjava se Erlangov B model i navode se uvjeti za primjenu modela. Prikazuje se Erlangova B formula. U radu se, također, određuje vjerojatnost blokiranja poziva u ćeliji, u 3 različita pokusa. Prikazuje se način planiranja kapaciteta ćelije.

Parallel abstract (English)
This paper presents the architecture of 2G and 3G mobile networks. It defines and explains certain parts of the architecture. It also describes the channels, which are logically or physically. It defines a term of Erlang as a unit of measurement for the calculation of static measures of density for voice traffic. The Erlang B model is also explained and the conditions for the application of the model are also shown. Erlang B formula is presented. The paper also determines the probability of call blocking in the cell, in three different experiments. Planning capacity of the cell is also presented.
