Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analizirani su procesi upravljanja mobilnošću u LTE (eng. Long Term Evolution) mreži, odnosno opisane su procedure prekapčanja poziva koje se primjenjuju između ćelija u LTE mreži i procedure prekapčanja poziva prema ostalim tehnologijama. U trenutku kada izvorišna bazna stanica zatraži prekapčanje poziva prema odredišnoj baznoj stanici, sustav će prespojiti poziv na novu ćeliju na način da korisnik ne primjeti nikakve promjene. Procedure prekapčanja poziva prikazane su UML (eng. Unified Modelling Language) dijagramima, pri čemu je odabran dijagram međudjelovanja, koji daje naglasak na vremenski redoslijed kojim se odvija međudjelovanje sudionika odnosno objekata u sustavu. Iz analize procedura u potpunosti se može spoznati tijek procesa prekapčanja, koji bitno ovisi o radio-uvjetima korisnika. Samo pokretanje procedure prekapčanja poziva ne znači da je ona uspješno obavljena, stoga je prikazano u kojem slučaju će doći do neuspješnog prekapčanja poziva i što je uzrok tome.

This final paper focuses on analyzing the processes of LTE (Long Term Evolution) network mobility management, that is, it describes the handover procedures that are used between LTE network cells and the procedures of handovers towards other technologies. In the moment when the source eNodeB asks to handover to source eNodeB, the system will handover to a new cell in such manner that the user would not even notice a difference. The procedures of handovers are shown with Unifield Modelling Language diagrams, namely the sequence diagram which emphasizes the sequence of events in the interaction between participants or the objects in the system. By analyzing said procedures, the course of the handovers can be completely comprehend, which heavily relies on the radio conditions of the user. Just starting the handover procedure the call does not necessary mean that it has been successfully finished; it is shown in which case will the handover be unsuccessful and what causes it.
