Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
In order to achieve optimal Resource Management of the company, it is required to evaluate numerous analysis. Development of required analysis is impossible without having some sort of information or data, which are refering to the models of Material Requirement Planning, Manufacturing Resource Planning and Distribution Requirements Planning. Keeping in mind development of the Technology, in that way models of Inventory Management have been developed and while considering planning to this day are achieving very high quality, retention of quality and Inventory Management. Use of these models in practice leads to the minimization of the total cost, that makes the company more profitable. The company strives that its own anticipated demand varies less as possible than the real one, in order to achieve certain level of service. To achieve this goal, company also uses the same models, which are assumptions for setting up various models. However, through analysing views of models, overlapping can be perceived, that leads to the conclusion that certain models can be used simultaneously, or they can be combined if some key assumptions are equal.
