Abstract

U poslovanju poduzeda veliku ulogu imaju zalihe i način na koji se njima upravlja. Kako bi poduzede ostvarilo što vedi profit potrebno je osigurati optimalne količine zaliha. Jedna od metoda upravljanja zalihama i sirovinama unutar sektora proizvodnje je metoda planiranja potreba materijala, skradeno PPM (eng. Material Requirements Planning, MRP). U ovom završnom radu opisane su specifičnosti i način rada navedene metode uteoriji i kroz primjer zadatka. Kako bi se što bolje razumjela primjena PPM sustava napravljena je komparativna analiza tog sustava s ekonomskom količinom nabave i “upravo na vrijeme” (eng. Just in time, JIT) sustavom. Obrađeni su primjeri planiranja zaliha, kapaciteta i vremena protoka u planiranju potreba materijala.

Abstract (english)

Inventory and inventory management play an important role in the business of a company. Ensuring the optimal amount of inventory (stock) is crucial for maximizing the profit of a company. One of the methods for managing stock and raw materials in the manufacturing sector is Material Requirements Planning (MRP). This thesis describes the specific details and implementation of this method in theory and through an example. A comparative analysis is made in order to better understand the application of the MRP system. The MRP system is compared with the economic order quantity and “just in time” system.Worked examples inventory planning, capacity and time flow planning requirements material.
