Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
Logistics distribution centers with their well-built chain of users and service providers enable interconnection of all logistics activities at one place and they represent base for initiation of logistics processes. Processes flowing in/out of logistics-distribution centre isn't static fenomen in space and time, but dinamic fenomen on whose form, schedule and structure affect many different factors. Natural factors are perceived through natural predispositions which covers many characteristics, states and processes in the space. Population and economic development of space are classified as main social factors which significantly affect positioning microlocation of logistics distribution centre. All theoretical settings of natural and social factors are represented as example on the city of Zagreb.
