Abstract

Porast potražnje za transportom robe dovodi do razvoja postojećih i implementacije novih robnih tokova, gdje luka i pozadinski terminal imaju važnu ulogu. Prikazani su primjeri pozadinskih terminala u Europi i Americi. Ovaj rad istražuje kako vlasnička struktura pozadinskog terminala ima utjecaj na njegove funkcije i razvoj. Analizom njihove strukture vlasništva pokazana je razlika između pozadinskih terminala u Europi i pozadinskih terminala u Sjevernoj Americi.

Abstract (english)

The increase in demand for transshipment of goods leads to the development of existing and implementation of new cargo flows, where the port terminal and inland terminal play an important role. Examples of inland terminals in Europe and America are presented. This paper explores how the ownership structure of the inland terminal has an impact on its functions and development. The analysis of their ownership structure showed the difference between the inland terminal in Europe and the inland terminal in North America.
