Abstract
Motivacija ljudskih potencijala, to jest ljudskih resursa, u poduzeću predstavlja vrlo bitan alat za postizanje uspješnosti i profitabilnosti. Danas je na globalnom tržištu teško ostvariti konkurentsku prednost, a upravo ljudski resursi pomažu u ostvarenju te prednosti. Kako bi se što uspješnije ostvarila prednost u poduzeću je potrebno imati zaposlene koji su motivirani za rad kako bi se njihova znanja i vještine što bolje iskoristile. Na motivaciju utječu mnogobrojni motivacijski čimbenici krenuvši od onih osnovnih kao što su hrana i piće, plaćeni troškovi prijevoza, pa sve do onih "višeg ranga" poput dodatnog obrazovanja i usavršavanja i mogućnošću napredovanja. Za ostvarenje što boljeg stupnja motiviranosti poduzeća zapošljavaju menadžere ljudskih potencijala, koji svojim radom, znanjima, metodama i sposobnostima potiču i motiviraju zaposlene kako bi se ostvarila potrebna prednost poduzeća, i postigli postavljeni ciljevi.

Motivation of human resources, namely human resources in the enterprise is a very important tool to achieve success and profitability. Today is difficult to achieve a competitive advantage on the global market, but just human resources help to achieve these benefits. In order to successfully controlling the company is required to have employees who are motivated to work to their knowledge and skills to better exploit. For motivation affect many motivational factors, starting from the basics such as food and drink, paid transportation costs, to those "higher-ranked" such as additional education and training and career development prospects. To achieve the best possible degree of motivation enterprises employ human resource managers, who through their work, knowledge, methods and skills encourage and motivate employees to achieve the necessary advantage enterprise, and achieve the set goals.
