Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima počelo se je razvijati 1980-tih godina. Znanost kao takva primjenjuje strategije poduzeća, te sukladno njima zapošljava odgovarajući kadar. Kako bi pobijedili konkurenciju poduzeća su se sve više počela okretati ljudima koji ispunjavaju radne zadatke, a time i ciljeve poduzeća. Kako bi kvalitetne ljude odgovarajućih vještina privukli, te zadržali važan aspekt ima dio poduzeća koje se bavi upravljanjem ljudskih potencijala. Pravovremeno predvidjeti, pribaviti te selektirati ljudske potencijale, čije znanje te vještine omogućavaju daljnji rast poduzeća ključni su zadaci managementa ljudskih potencijala. Daljnja motivacija, te kontinuirano nadograđivanje trenutnih znanja i vještina pomažu rastu zaposlenika, a time i rastu poduzeća. Sve više poduzeća shvaća važnost dobrog radnika, osobe koje odgovaraju poduzeću cijene se sve više, a poduzeće brine o njima, njihovu rastu, te očuvanju u zajednici.

Human Resources Management start development in the 1980s. Since then, science applies the strategy of companies to invest in people who will be appropirate for business. Because of will for beating the competition, companies are increasingly began to turn to people who fulfil the tasks, and thus the objectives of the enterprise. Human Resources Management is taking care of interesting people with appropriate skills and knowladge. Predict on time, obtain and select human resources, whose knowledge and skills enable further growth of the company are the key tasks of the human resources management. Further motivation, and continuous upgrading of current knowledge and skills helps employees to grow, and at the same time growth of the company. Company are appreciated more and more importance of good workers, people who correspond to the company prices are increasing, and the company cares about them, their growth, and their staying in the company.
